Why This Event Matters

This gathering is more than a holiday party — it’s a celebration of sustainability, community, and

creativity. By combining art-making with environmental consciousness, A Holiday Celebration

of Art & Renewal reflects a commitment to mindful consumption and shared joy.“This event is about repurposing, reconnecting, and reimagining what the holidays can look like

when we center creativity and sustainability,” says Amy Smith. “It’s a chance for the community

to come together, learn from one another, and leave with something meaningful — whether that’s

a repaired jacket, a handmade ornament, or simply a renewed sense of connection.”
